How long does floor sanding take?

The timeline depends on floor size and condition. Most residential floors take 3 to 7 days for sanding and finishing, including cure time between coats.

Can you sand engineered or laminate floors?

Engineered floors with solid timber veneers can often be sanded once or twice. Laminate cannot be sanded. We assess each floor individually.

What finish do you recommend?

Water-based polyurethane offers durability with low VOC emission. For specific conditions, we recommend the most suitable system from our trusted suppliers.

How do I maintain sanded floors?
